Kylie Wall is a Recruiter, Career Coach, Interview Coach, Job Search Trainer and Resume and LinkedIn profile strategist and has been in career services for over 18 years.

By the age of 21, Kylie was an Area Manager of 6 Retail Stores where she hired and trained teams in Queensland and the ACT. Often managing team members who were twice her age, Kylie learnt from an early mentor that it is not your age that matters, but how you perform your job.

Kylie has had proven success in various roles. She began working in Recruitment where she managed a temp desk of over 100 employees daily, before moving on to take up a position in HR. Kylie’s aptitude for Recruitment techniques and her thinking outside the square saw her secure this position over more than one hundred applicants.

Kylie also worked for the QLD and NSW Chamber Apprenticeship centre where she travelled to rural areas to educate large corporations on the government incentive for Trainee and Apprenticeship sign-ups. She then secured a Business Development Management role with a Recruitment company that was big on giving back to the community and building founding relationships before deciding to open her own boutique recruitment and career services agency in 2012.

Kylie is extremely passionate about giving back to the community and has given her time in organising  fundraisers and regularly devotes her time to speaking to high school students, including being a Mentor through Inspiring Young Women’s Program, dedicated to empowering and giving a platform to young female voices. She is also a regular speaker at Job Ready Workshops and mentoring women run through Western Sydney Women.
